We've made a handy guide that includes some of Bounce Yeti's frequently asked questions. Here you will find the answers to most of your questions about event rentals and our services. Q.What is your weather policy?
A.At Bounce Yeti of Bardstown, KY we do our best to accommodate our customers when dealing with unforeseen weather and/or emergency conditions. We rely on local weather to receive updates on weather conditions in and around our area. We ask that all customers do their part and stay informed of weather conditions in the area during your rental period. Safety is our #1 concern. As such, we reserve the right to cancel any rental due to rain, high winds, or other weather-related issues.

If the weather is forecasted to be unfavorable on the day of your event and you would like to reschedule, please contact our office at least 24 hours before your event, and we will issue a Rain Check, valid for 365 days from the booking date. Due to our business's nature and to keep our prices competitive, no raincheck will be issued if the inflatable is delivered, regardless of the total time used.

Notice: It is unsafe to operate inflatables if there is lightning, thunder, or winds above 20 MPH. In bad weather, please follow all safety protocols, discontinue use and deflate the unit by unplugging the blower until conditions improve.
Q.What items are NOT allowed near inflatables?
A.
- No silly string
- No face paint, glitter or confetti
- No food, drinks, gum, or candy
- No cleaning products of any kind, except as provided by the Company
- No watches, jewelry, glasses, or cell phones
- No keys or other sharp objects
- No shoes, sandals, or footwear of any kind, except for clean and dry socks
- No toys or other objects, except for items provided by the Company specifically for use in conjunction with each inflatable
- No pets
Q.When do you deliver?
A.
We carefully plan our delivery and pickup routes for each day. The delivery window for your event will typically be 1-3 hours before the start of your party. However, on our busiest days, we may need to deliver your rentals even earlier in the morning. You will receive a phone call or automated text message a day or two before your event. During this time, we will go over any questions that you might have and your will receive the estimated delivery window so you can plan your schedule.
Q.What payments do you accept?
A.Bounce Yeti accepts all major credit cards. Payments for the total balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to your event start time. An email confirmation will be sent shortly after your online checkout. Within your receipt email, a secure hyperlink is included for you to easily view and pay the remaining balance. Our rental software will default to the card on file for any remaining balance 48 hours prior to your event start time.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a non-refundable $50 Credit Card deposit that goes towards the total cost of your invoice.
Q.What is needed at the site for inflatable setup?
A.

Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.

Setup area must be a grass surface, with no rocks, sticks, animal waste, or other objects, and the ability to drive 18" to 36" anchoring stakes around the perimeter of the inflatable unit(s); in certain instances, setup on concrete/asphalt surfaces or indoors may be permitted for an additional charge (given more cumbersome anchoring procedures) and only with the Company's advance written approval.

There can be no overhead risks, such as power lines or tree branches. No unmarked underground lines, including, but not limited to, irrigation, electrical, gas, or cable TV. Renter is strongly encouraged to contact Kentucky 811 (by dialing 811) to confirm there are no unmarked underground lines in or near the setup area, as 18" to 36" stakes may be driven into the ground to secure the Equipment. Any damage to, or resulting from, unmarked underground lines are the responsibility of the Renter.

Sufficient available amperage from GFCI protected electrical outlets is available within 50' of the proposed setup location.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.

We love and prefer setting up on Grass, which is the most comfortable for your guests and offers the most protection for inflatables. We can set up on asphalt, and concrete for an additional fee. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear permanently damage inflatables.
Q.Am I responsible for damage?
A.

Damage includes, but is not limited to, cutting or tearing of vinyl or netting, damage due to overturning, overloading, exceeding posted inflatable capacities or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds.) As a renter, you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. You will assume all responsibility for the rented items during the entire rental period, including overnight rentals, if applicable. In the event of theft, damage, or loss the renter will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the Equipment.

Q.Do I need to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the inflatable unit. We provide (1) 50' heavy duty extension cord for each set up. Please ensure your chosen set up location is within 50' of the GFCI outlet.

Additional Information on Necessary Electricity:
